Barre

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates movements. That will help you focus on low-impact and high intensity movements so you will strengthen your body like never before. Additionally, you will develop your agility and flexibility.

Pilates

Low impact workouts that aims to strengthen your muscles while improving your postural alignment and flexibility. Those exercises are performed on a mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility.

Yoga

A series of strengthening and stretching postures that allow you to become more fit and flexible. A mind-body workout, with deep breathing and meditation techniques.

Calisthenics

Use your own body weight to do resistance training to improve your strength flexibly agility balance and coordination. You will be lifting and moving your body in space, with no need of any equipment. Squats, push-ups, lunges, crunches, dips, jumping jacks and more are among what you should expect.

HIIT

Involves high intensity effort followed by recovery times, increasing your heart rate to your highest possible. That will improve your cardiovascular health and gives you similar benefits as endurance workouts, but in shorter periods of time.

Strength

Use dumbbell or barbell to increase your lean muscles mass and work on resistance training. You will focus on various types of exercise, including lifting small weights, using resistance bands or using your own body weight (push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, leg squats, etc.).

Core

Strengthen you core muscles surrounding the middle of the body (the abdomen, hips, pelvis, and lower back). Strong core muscles are key elements for good posture and balance, that will help prevent or reduce lower back pain and injuries.

Mobility
